Why this portal exists

Much of what circulates about PulseChain, HEX, PulseX and Richard Heart comes from people with something to sell — either the hype or the takedown. This site takes a third route: open the code, read the chain, cite the record.

  • Read from the code. Technical pages quote the contract or client source with file and line, so anyone can check them.
  • Sources with tiers. Every claim carries a source tier, from primary records (tier 1) to neutral press (tier 4), and a date when it was last verified.
  • Benefit of the doubt, exact facts. The projects and their founder get a fair reading. Accusations are shown as accusations, with the counter-argument and the status of the proceedings — a court decides, not a headline.

Three voices, kept apart
